Metcalfe HPC Hand Chipper

The detachable block range of hand operated potato chippers have interchangeable upper blocks and lower knife frames. Blocks and knife frames are available for producing 8mm (5/16inchù), 10mm (3/8inchù), 12.5mm (1/2inchù) or 15mm (5/8inchù) chips. Also available is a block and frame potato wedger which will cut a whole potato into 8 wedge shaped pieces.
